Od Specialist

BFIM is looking to hire “OD Specialist” in Jubail Industrial City:



-    Nationality: Saudi.

-    Experience: 3-5 Years in the same role.

-    Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration is preferred

-    Professional certifications such as SHRM is preferred

-    English Language: Fluent.



Main Responsibilities:

Oversee & process OD functions like Policies, JDD, Job Coding and Eligibilities.

Conduct Increments & Exit Interviews and monitor Heirarchy & Organizations Update.

Handle Profession certification & its allowance like Aramco Scaffolding Inspector or Permit Receiver.

Contribute in the preparation of all External Audits.

Monitor & complete Performance Evaluation Process & enhance performance effectiveness.

Design & review Recognition & Incentive Program and Mentoring Program for better engagment.

Review Department Organograms.

Design HR development workshops and learning activities. Ensure quality of Technical Training.
